LIKING YHORSELF

I have found that it is in our best interest to always and consistently be aware when we are not in sync with being our best self. That is being our most productive in our personal and professional lives.

Being our best self has to start with just liking who you are. Literally the ability to look at ourselves straight in the mirror, and being honest with ourselves. Asking The Question- Do I like myself- who I am, my character? This is where everything starts to happen.

Begin with the question if you like you - who you are at the core of your being. If there are parts, attributes of you, your character  that you do not like then list them. More specifically what about that part of your character would you love to improve.

Then write what changes would make you like you more. Then start the work. Start with journaling, a place where you can unload in detail the changes that need to be done. Next self-help books; 1-1 coaching, or accountability partners to start working on those parts of you have identified to work on.

When you intentionally set out to improve that part of you - only great things happen come from that.

Then the parts of your character that you love the most. Embrace them and continuously give yourself love for those attributes.

When you genuinely love who you are you are simply happy. When you’re happy you are in sync with being your best self…stay in gratitude…hold on to see the miracles coming your way.
