AIR FRYER SERIES: SALMON + ASPARAGUS
Literally with this combination I know that when I sit down I know I have a balanced good and healthy meal. I look forward to this combo often on Sundays and Wednesdays. For some reason those days I crave that I need a nutritious reset. So, if those aren’t your days select your easy meal days.
Not only is this dish delicious, easy to prepare, it’s loaded with great health benefits. It fights inflammation; improves Blood Lipids; improves Cholesterol; benefits for our heart health; good source of Selenium; Vitamin D; and great for eczema. In this series I will be using the Cuisinart Air Fryer as it’s multifunctional. Here we go!
