AIR FRYER SERIES: CHICKEN WINGS
Who doesn’t love chicken wings??? I don’t know what it is about them that just makes me feel sooo dang comforted and happy. And I do mean happy. The best thing about this recipe is that from buying the organic chicken wings to sitting down and enjoying your wings is short - and so dang good.
This will take about 20 minutes to make. This recipe is packed with protein, vitamins and minerals.
Specifically Vitamins B1-B6, and Vitamin B12. As well Vitamins A, D, K, & E. Minerals - Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, Calcium, Iodine, and Selenium. To add they are so good and tasty. In this series I will be using the Cuisinart Air Fryer as it’s multifunctional. Here we go!
