If you’ve been apart of this community for a minute, you’ll know that my obsession with coffee is no joke! The blacker and more robust the better. Add on my new love of Asian beauty hacks, cue the matcha! I have managed to recreate this perfect dream of a drink.

I love the feeling of decompressing with a drink. A mocktail to be exact. I love the Martini glasses and the psychological reward of sipping a drink but I'm not a drinker. I have created the perfect Espresso Martini Mocktail that will trick you into thinking you're drinking the real thing!

FOOD SPOTLIGHT: AFFOGATO
Affogato is one of my favorite desserts. It combines my two favorite items- coffee and ice cream plus it is super quick to make. On the days I want to be a little “healthier” I will substitute the ice cream for either gelato or frozen yogurt. Regardless of which option you choose, the end result is beyond delicious.
