FITNESS SPOTLIGHT: ‘HOT GIRL WALK’

So I’m not one for following Tik Tok or even Tik Tok Trends. One trend that I just kept hearing and piqued my interest was the “Hot Girl Walk.’ This is one trend that I’m glad I found.

So I love walking and more specifically “hot girl walks” because it’s the most efficient way to get your exercise and meditation in one fell swoop.

The additional benefits are:

•it’s incredibly grounding. Walking/ “hot girl walks” allows you to tune into your body, focus on your breathe= gratitude and clears your mind so you’re able to focus on your goals and self.

To have more grounding and instant connection- walking with no shoes.

• helps with stress and anxiety

When you can clear your mind, stress and anxiety goes down. Fresh air helps with this as well

• healthy and gentle way to do a complete body workout

Great posture and and flexing your hands while you walk will give you a total body workout! Walking is the best and gentlest workout and it’s so important to nourish/ honor our bodies in addition with challenging it.

• prevents/ manages heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure

This one is so important as we all deal with many stresses that attribute to causing these ailments. Walking can prevent or manage.

• mood booster

When you’re able to focus on nature and your gratitude you will instantly feel lighter and feel like you can get through anything.
