HOME COOKING
I know when someone just hears someone say that the best, and most healthiest way to eat is to cook our food at home - sheer panic and an overwhelming feeling hits!
If we approach it by recognizing that it is one of the best things we can do for us, and our family.
Also that we would know exactly what we are putting in our food.We know our cooking area is clean; and use of good ingredients - no food passed the expiration date, no sugar added, no fat, or too much salt to our food. It is cooked with good happy thoughts, that is transferred to the food that we eat.
A suggestion - is to first get organized with what we will eat for several days. Do our shopping based on our planned meals. Make a grocery list; use coupons; stop only the outside aisles of the store.
Do meal prep for dishes that we might not cook that day. As well cook basics, like beans, and our proteins in a larger amount. Because those dishes can be used with other dishes - and you will feel like you are half way to a full meal.
Make your kitchen organized. Let it be a place that you like to be in. Have a nice candle lit in your kitchen. Make sure your appliances, and other gadgets are easy to get too.
Anytime we approach anything with a happy, positive mindset, and meet a clean organized area - magic can not help but happen.
