FOOD SPOTLIGHT: ESPRESSO MARTINI MOCKTAIL

Coffee has many health benefits. As you know we use Arabic Coffee in our Kaffe Arabe multi-purpose balm. We are true coffee addicts over here! I don’t drink alcohol but I love Martini glasses and just the feel of a rewarding Mocktail after a solid days of work.

It is also SUPER easy. The best part of this recipe is you can adjust it to make it however you like it! More espresso or more coffee beans on top. The one item of this simple recipe that is non-negotiable is that yhor Martini glass must be chilled!

Ingredients

2 shots of Espresso (allow to cool before pouring)

4 large ice cubes

1 tablespoon Yuzu Juice

200 ml of Elderflower syrup

4 coffee beans

The Method

  1. Put yhor Martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes

  2. Put the ice cubes in yhor glass and add the elderflower syrup and the yuzu juice and mix well.

  3. Pour the espresso in the Martini glass

  4. Add the coffee beans on top!
