How would you introduce yourself to people who are unaware of you?

I am private chef who specializes in meal prep.

I love your ethos of ‘ focusing on health and health is important, and eating well should be a daily pleasure’. Your food looks incredible... do you believe that your energy is transferred to your food?

Absolutely, not only in just my food, but everything I handle or interact with.

What are your tips for healthy meal prep?

First off, I minimize the use of fat as much as possible (roasting is the key), secondly, I use different techniques to enhance the taste and texture of foods. Additionally, using products with the least artificial ingredients to keep the recipes clean and simple. Last but not least, I only use fresh herbs (and a lot of them).

You have a variety of experiences and cultures... How would you describe your cuisine?

It’s definitely a mix, but I would say I stick to these; Italian and French with a Brazilian twist.

What are kitchen staples everyone should keep in their place (even if they’re not a chef)?

VITAMIX, PLEASE! I can’t stress this enough, I use my VITAMIX everyday for anything, ranging from: purees, soups, sauces, smoothies, basically anything. -A manual veggie chopper is a must, you can find them anywhere like TJ MAXX or AMAZON, for less than 10 dollars, it saves so much time when cutting onions, garlic, and herbs.

What is the go to dish you cook if you want to impress someone but you have limited ingredients?

Definitely my filet medallions with rosemary and garlic ghee.

If you could cook and have one dish everyday, which dish would it be?

For sure a tuna and salmon tartar, Its so clean and fulfilling.

What is your recommendation for easy but crowd pleasing NYE food?

My whole roasted herb chicken, just like the one from Boucheries Fillion, Paris. It’s so flavorful, juicy and tender.

How would you tell a prospective new client the importance of eating healthy and well ? And the ease of accomplishing that with your help?

Food is your fuel, if you fuel your body with ‘premium’ foods, then your mind and your body will be in a ‘premium’ state.

What are some of the most rewarding parts of your job?

Seeing my clients improving their health and being happy with their results, I also love meeting and engaging with new people.

Traveling to Europe and exploring new flavors has to be my favorite way to unwind.
