Hi Andres!! Thank you so much for taking the time to answer our questions!! I’m going to jump right in!

How would you introduce yourself to people who are unaware of you? (¿Cómo se presentaría a personas que no lo conocen?)

For people that don't know me… I'm Andrés Wiese, and I am 37 years old and I have been an actor for 13 years. (Para la gente que no me conoce… Soy Andrés Wiese, tengo 37 años y soy actor desde hace 13 años).

You have had an amazing career! Did you always know you wanted this career path, and how do you select the work you choose? (¡Has tenido una carrera increíble! ¿Siempre supiste que querías esta carrera? ¿Cómo seleccionas el trabajo que eliges?)

Thank you! I am very happy and above all very grateful for my career. Because I have had many opportunities I do always select the next job after the first reading of the script. When I ask to read the script I must feel it physically, as well feel it emotionally. I listen (to that feeling) and if it doesn't excite me, and does not generate anything within me I pass and just appreciate it. (¡Gracias! Estoy muy feliz y sobre todo muy agradecido por mi carrera. Como he tenido muchas oportunidades, siempre selecciono el siguiente trabajo después de la primera lectura del guión. Cuando pido leer el guión, debo sentirlo físicamente, así como sentirlo emocionalmente. Escucho (ese sentimiento) y si no me emociona, y no genera nada dentro de mí paso y solo lo aprecio).

List 5 things you can’t live without (enumera 5 cosas sin las que no puedes vivir) Okay… the five things happen that I can't live without:

My first chain with Saint Benedict which is a gift from my mother.

Secondly, my wallet on my cell phone.

I always always wear sunglasses inside, and I have headphones to listen to music anywhere. And then fifth a mask. (Mi primera cadena con San Benito que es un regalo de mi madre, en segundo lugar, mi billetera en mi teléfono celular, siempre llevo gafas de sol adentro y tengo auriculares para escuchar música en cualquier lugar, y luego quinto una máscara).

What is your favorite quote? And why? (¿Cuál es tu frase favorita? ¿Y por qué?)

“whenever you have one you deserve you deserve what you dream” because it is a phrase by Gustavo Cerati. Gustavo Cerati is an Argentine singer I like a lot; and because I feel that you really have to believe. (“Siempre que tienes uno te mereces te mereces lo que sueñas” porque es una frase de Gustavo Cerati. Gustavo Cerati es un cantante argentino que me gusta mucho; y porque siento que realmente tienes que creer).

How do you define success? (¿Cómo define usted el éxito?)

I define it as being able to live doing what you like, and adding inspiration. (Yo lo defino como poder vivir haciendo lo que te gusta y aportando inspiración).

What has been your inspiration for achieving all of your goals? (¿Cuál ha sido su inspiración para lograr todos sus objetivos?)

[My inspiration] It has always been my Grandmother. She passed away a year before I started acting. All my jobs in television, theater and in the cinema I always dedicate them to her. (Siempre ha sido mi abuela. Falleció un año antes de que comenzara a actuar. Todos mis trabajos en televisión, teatro y cine se los dedico siempre a ella).

Last & most fun question! What is your favorite way to unwind! (¡Última y más divertida pregunta! ¿Cuál es tu forma favorita de relajarte?)

My favorite way of relaxing is escaping to the beach with my dog. Yes, nowadays that’s my favorite way to relax from any problem! (Mi forma favorita de relajarme es escaparme a la playa con mi perro. Sí, hoy en día esa es mi forma favorita de relajarme de cualquier problema).
