SKINCARE SPOTLIGHT: OATMEAL MASK
With the craziness of life, our skin can get damaged from UV, stress and pollutants. When this happens we need to invest a little more TLC into our skincare. One of my favorite at home skin masks is the Oatmeal mask and the recipe is super easy! Enjoy!
Oatmeal- helps with Eczema, Rosacea, antioxidants, rebuild damaged skin, moisturize, heal wounds and cleanses the skin. Foreo’s Base- is the perfect base for all skintypes and makes DIY a breeze.
Recipe
1.5T of Whole rolled oats
1 teaspoon of Foreo Imagination
Mix ingredients together in a bowl until it forms a smooth paste
Leave on face for 20 mins and then rinse off.
If you want to add skin soothing agent to the skin, you can add 2 tablespoons of goat milk.
My personal favorite is to keep this mask simple because I love how it hydrates and tightens. No worries if that’s just not quite your preference. There is no “right or wrong way” to do this mask.
