When I saw the beautiful rich pigment color of their lipsticks it got my attention immediately. To be honest, when I saw the price was only $7.99 I paused. I thought possibly it wasn’t going to deliver.

Then when I researched further and saw it had won numerous impressive awards I decided to give the brand a try.

I tried Cloud 9 Air Light Lipstick …and all I can say I was not disappointed at all. The rich pigment of color that is challenging to find for people of color was perfect. I loved how even though the price point is economical the packaging is clean, sleek and modern and doesn’t clash with my other higher-end lipsticks like Saint Laurent or Laura Mercier.

What I couldn’t get enough of is the fact the lipstick didn’t dry out my lips! With the constant weather changes it seems like certain brands can go on super moisturizing but the longer you wear the color your lips looks more dehydrated. Polar opposite with Joah Beauty Air Satin Lipstick- my lips felt and looked hydrated.
